Hugh Cashman, staff writer
Hugh Cashman is a cool kid but not a “cool kid.” “I don’t mess around with what the kids on the beaten path are doing,” said Cashman. To some he’s down to Earth, to others he’s way out there. But through balancing school with a variety of activities including lacrosse, Zephyrus, and longboarding, it comes down to family at the end of the day. “I don’t want to alienate myself from my family, and those who care about me,” he said. In Zephyrus, he spends his time sweet talking to the ladies. “Madeline’s a cutie. Especially when she gets embarrassed. It’s just so darn cute. Nichole, on the other hand, I think she’s hiding something from me. There’s something she’s not telling me, and I want to know,” said Hugh as a fond sigh escaped his smile. Drinking liquids takes up almost all of his free time, as would the time of any man with a natural thirst. His favorite? San Pellegrino Orange. “Because people don’t like it,” he said. When describing his dream woman, he imagines a 50-year-old woman from Japan named Ino. He envisions them growing old with their Bonsai Trees. The bottom line about Hugh is that he orders the Big Wreck when he’s at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Now there’s a real man for you.
