Senior Nick Leer is best known for his kindness and leadership here in Edina. He is captain of both the varsity hockey and baseball team, and is very involved in the 212 Leadership Team. This year Nick was nominated onto the 2011 Homecoming Court. He tells us his experience was special. He was woken up one morning by a senior student council member, Coleman Foley. “He jumped onto my bed waking me up, poking me in the eye with a roll out party noise maker as he blew it out in my face.” Nick said he felt very special to be nominated. “It was a humbling experience, something I have never felt before. I loved representing the students, and I am extremely honored to have that opportunity.”
