5. I won fifty-two Chipotle Gift Cards (“Chipotle for a Year”) by somehow shooting a hockey puck into the net from the blue line at my son’s high school hockey game.

6. I am a former lawyer and small business owner.

7. I learned how to juggle when I was supposed to be practicing law.

8. Ellie Michel’s mom was my daughter’s first grade teacher twenty years ago!

9. I am a former EHS Athena Award Winner (not that hard 100 years ago!).

10. I started a non-profit organization called Free Arts Minnesota that uses the healing power of art to help children at risk for abuse or neglect (www.freeartsminnesota.org).
