Megan Talghader, 15, is a sophomore staff writer for Edina High School’s Zephryus. She likes to write for the opinion section, and aspires to be a page editor in her future at Zephyrus. If Megan had one day to live, besides making sure her articles were done on time, she would like to skydive while drinking cherry Coke, and then host a dance party for her friends. Megan can be found jamming out to the Pokémon theme song and Cher Lloyd. Her favorite U.S. president is Teddy Roosevelt because of his fine facial hair. If she could grow anything like Teddy, it would be a very curly handlebar mustache. If you can’t get a hold of her, Megan is probably lost in the Percy Jackson fandom (#percabeth 5ever) or ignoring you. Pro Tip: She is only quiet when she doesn’t like the person sitting next to her. You can win her favor however, by providing her with her favorite foods, hot dogs and ice cream.
