When Will Braun woke up to find Student Council in his room telling him he was on Homecoming Court, he “legitimately thought [he] was going to be murdered” because “numerous figures busted into [his] pitch black room screaming and yelling things at [him].” His week soon improved, however, peaking at the Homecoming football game. “My favorite part of the week had to be game night. Getting front row seats without having to arrive early was … nice.” After having been “really surprised” that he got on Court, Braun maintained his modesty throughout the week, saying that though “the extra attention” of being on Court was “fun at first,” it “got bothersome towards the end of the week.” He added “this whole week was very memorable for me.” It was so memorable, in fact, that “I know in my older years I will have no problems remembering any aspect of this week.”
