With Homecoming being so early this year, a lot of students feel like they’ve reached a lull in the school year. Well, those students are wrong because we have so much to look forward to!
More Football
With our recent wins against Minnetonka, Hopkins, and Wayzata, we are guaranteed another for home game for sections. If we beat Eden Prairie tomorrow, the team will get a bye and and host another sections game at home.
The Blood Drive
The Blood Drive will be on Tuesday, October 16th from first hour through sixth hour. It might not sound fun, but if you’re interested check out this post from the Spring Blood Drive.
A Late Start and MEA Next Week
The seniors and some sophomores will get to enjoy a noon late start next Wednesday, and everybody will be off from school on Thursday and Friday of next week. I’m not complaining.
Halloween!
Whether or not you think you’re too old for trick-or-treating, Halloween is something to look forward to. Teachers like to have fun with it, students use it as an excuse to throw parties, and candy goes on sale for really cheap the very next day. Also, a note to juniors and seniors: look for Sadie’s costumes right after Halloween, they’ll be way cheaper!
