Zephyrus: What activities are you involved in?

Maeve Swackhammer: I’m a captain of the gymnastics team, I’m a head editor for the yearbook, and I’m also a Link Crew leader.

Z: What’s your favorite event to compete in at gymnastics meets?

M.S.: My favorite event is probably beam. Even though it’s sometimes the most stressful event, when you know what you’re doing, it’s actually pretty relaxing.

Z: If you suddenly had five hundred dollars, what would you spend it on?
M.S.: I’d either buy a puppy (because who doesn’t want a puppy?) or I would go to somewhere warm.

Z: What popular conspiracy theory do you believe is real?
M.S.: Not in all situations, but the Mandela Effect for things like Double Stuf Oreos. I always thought it was Double Stuffed Oreos, so that one really got me.

Z: On a scale of one to ten, how offensive do you find pineapple on pizza?
M.S.: Zero! I like it.

Z: What does being on court mean to you?
M.S.: I was really surprised and excited when I got on court. I guess it was nice to see that my classmates think of me like that.
