To Nora Franssen (they/he/fae) “Nora iz a nerd” is a phrase that perhaps best describes them. The quirky and relatable sophomore is in their second year as a staff writer on Zephyrus – that is, when they aren’t found roleplaying as their 50th OC that week, belting the lyrics to One Direction’s Best Song Ever, or hiding in a dark corner in the EHS hallways during lunch, drawing, and listening to This is Home by Cavetown. They spend their weekends hanging out with their various chaotic friends, playing Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp or Minecraft, and largely ignoring their homework. Just a few of their many obsessions include One Direction, Doctor Who, and The Vampire Diaries, which they will gladly talk to you about excessively. Other than being extraordinarily weird and what most consider downright chaotic in their daily life, they also have a strange addiction to reposting far too many memes to their Instagram story.
