The Edina Rotary Global Scholars traveled to Zimbabwe for a two-week-long service trip. During the trip, students volunteered at a hospital and helped lay bricks and mix cement to construct a school.
“Zimbabwe was life-changing,” senior Claire Safranski said. “I hope to return to the beautiful country for work when I am older.”
